What is an RMO?

A Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) is the qualifying individual who allows a company to hold a valid California contractor license. We serve as your RMO so you can legally pull permits, bid projects, and run your contracting business while fully meeting CSLB “direct supervision and control” requirements. We are limited to 3 direct RMO clients to maintain the highest level of oversight and compliance.
